The item comes with three 30Lb stretch bands, a comfortable handle and a strap with two feet loops which seem sturdy.
It also has a handy bag to keep everything away and tidy.
It's really easy to assemble it, where you just attach one of the 30LB bands to the handle and feet loops with an easy clip.
The feet loops have padding so they don't dig into your feet but they are large enough to wear with trainers.
One or two, 30 lb bands are sufficient for light repetitive movements if doing upright rows, back, or Russian twists.
I needed three bands attached, to exercise my legs and felt the bands were a little too long; I have a 29"inside leg and am 5 ' 4". Ideally there would be a way to adjust the length and different resistant bands to be able to add resistance with smaller increments.
I found I could get a light workout using just this one tool on my 'working rest days'.
If you're just starting out or recovering from injury, you can do enough repetitions to give the weaker muscles a good workout. The set comes with a simple guide to get you going and there are many more exercises on line that you can follow.
As a starter/recovery set or if you're short on space, I would give this four out of five. If I could get extra bands or adjustable ones, I would give it an extra star.
